General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for LevelUp Solutions

 

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between LevelUp-Solutions, Goldammerstrasse 58, 42281 Wuppertal, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and the customer. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

 

2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded upon the provider's acceptance of the customer's offer. The presentation of the services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.

 

3. Services
The provider provides the services described in the respective offer. Changes to the scope of services are reserved, provided they are reasonable for the customer.

 

4. Prices and payment terms
All prices include applicable VAT. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoicing without deductions.

 

5. Dates and deadlines
Dates and deadlines are only binding if agreed upon in writing. Delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable events will extend the deadlines accordingly.

 

6. Liability
The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For damages caused by slight negligence, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damages.

 

7. Data protection
The provider processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy on the homepage.

 

8. Final provisions
Amendments and additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
